HERE FOR PRINT VERSION BIO Today, Dani (Daniel Walter Alois Schmid, born on April 8th 1986 in Chur, Switzerland) works as a music composer and guitarist primary. With 8 years, Dani took his first guitar, learned songs from his dad, joined the local singschool and formed his first real band ("Sunway", many livegigs, demorecording) at the age of 12. The journey has begun... He owns the soundstudio GDS (Good And Dramatic Studio) and founded his official musiclabel (Dani Records music and entertainment) in 2009. Further does he work as a producer. Dani is writing and producing music for TV&film, radiostations, computer games and other artists. His first guitar instrumental album "Startup!" comes out in 2011 under his name Dani W. Schmid (DWS). He releases solorecords under several names regularly. Between 2008 and 2010, Dani released as Guitardani more than 60 songs on different records. In 2011 he started the instrumental project "Tearing Heart", which records contain very diverse music for film, tv, games and more. Be excited now what will come in 2012.
